"IsoForm" - The Isolated Tool Concept

At FAKUMA 2009, the first stage of development of a new thermally isolated and energy-efficient mould tool concept called "IsoForm“ was presented to the public.

The advantages of the concept convinced many of the visitors to the lectures of Konstruktionsbüro Hein at the FAKUMA booth of Nonnenmann GmbH.

In mould design, we need innovative solutions that can be immediately implemented in order to achieve more cost-effective procedures with a considerable added value for both the injection moulder and the end customer. For example, we assume that a number of new innovative temperature regulation technologies will emerge on the basis of this concept developed by Konstruktionsbüro Hein and distributed by Nonnenmann. It is one of the few real perspectives for the future and it is about time to implement it.

At EUROMOLD 2009 as well as at our 14th Technology Workshop presentations detailing the next stages of development were given, using the assembled tool as well as lectures.
