In cooperation with WIP Kunststoffe e.V. and SKZ-Peine we offer seminars and workshops for product development, injection moulding, tool design, component optimisation etc.
With our training courses and seminars we want to achieve that the respective departments / employees involved in the development or production process gain comprehensive knowledge. Knowledge of the new sustainable technologies and the best possible technical prerequisites – together with an inexpensive, goal-oriented design of new products – provides the basis for assuming a profitable position on the world market tomorrow as well.
For example, technically sound specifications and tool designs, injection moulding simulations and FEM calculations by the product developer should help to increase the load-bearing capacity of the manufactured components, optimise temperature control, determine the draft angles and obtain comparable, realistic quotations for injection moulding tools.
The seminars turn out to be particularly effective if you refer directly to a product of your company. Individual areas and production problems can also be addressed on request. It is possible for us to prepare component optimisation proposals in advance based on injection moulding simulations and/or FEM calculations or mould designs (these services require a separate quotation). These can then also be discussed in full during the training. This creates a high level of identification with your own products and the seminars are more memorable.

Since today, for example, the tool designer, the project manager, the buyer of tools, the product developer, the head of tool construction and the head of work preparation for injection moulding production should also have extensive knowledge of the respective adjacent trades, seminars are of interest to everyone.
So können u.a. fachlich fundierte Spezifikationen und Werkzeugvorentwürfe, Spritzgießsimulationen und FEM-Berechnungen des Produktentwicklers helfen, die Belastbarkeit der hergestellten Bauteile zu erhöhen, die Temperierung zu optimieren, die Entformschrägen festzulegen und vergleichbare, realistische Angebote für Spritzgießwerkzeuge einzuholen. Die Anzahl von unvorhersehbaren Dingen und Fehlauslegungen reduziert sich so für Auftraggeber und Lieferant.

Tool designers, technical purchasers and product developers, as well as managers of different departments, such as work preparation, also require extensive knowledge of related company departments.
Toolmaking and production for injection moulding
The toolmaking department can offer the highest precision and innovative manufacturing processes. In the injection moulding production and in the pilot plant, a reliable production process should be made possible with the largest possible processing window.
Knowledge management for product development, mould making and plastics processing
Early retirement schemes and the staffing needs of the market mean that employees leave the company early or retire. The earlier still qualified passing on of knowledge, where an older experienced employee is joined by a young employee who later reliably fills the position of the predecessor, no longer corresponds to today’s reality in companies, with a few exceptions.
